Action Learning Ireland is the leading company in Ireland in this specialist field.  If you are really interested in improving the relationship between the learning of your staff / managers / leaders and what actually happens in real day to day organisational life, then there is no-one better for you to be talking to.

Action Learning Ireland came about as the result of four experienced facilitators seeing a need for a major step up in the practice of leadership development in Ireland and agreeing to do something about it. What brought us together was a common commitment to the development of leaders who are able for the complex and uncertain challenges we face today.

Between us, we have delivered a lot of training, coached a lot of managers in diverse settings and provided a lot of consultancy to organisations – we know that Action Learning represents a largely missing part of the mix in Ireland and know that many organisations currently do not meet their full potential; as existing development methods either do not sufficiently embed learning, do not sufficiently spread learning beyond individuals or do not generate the flexibility and agility that today’s context requires.

We are delighted to have partnered with ‘Action Learning Associates’ in the U.K. who support us with the benefit of their experience of many years at the leading edge of practice there.  We are also delighted to be members of IFAL – the International Federation of Action Learning – a great resource for the sharing of ideas, resources and new developments.

We are passionate about promoting and developing Action Learning in Ireland as an essential leadership development tool.   We are equally happy facilitating Action Learning sets or helping organisations to build their capacity by training and supporting internal facilitators.
